Our Team

Don DeWolfeI graduated from Ryerson University in 1986 with a bachelor of business management. Although I majored in Accounting/Finance (minor in Economics) my real interest was in entrepreneurship, and the running and organizing of small businesses.

My first—and last—job since graduation was general manager for SumQuest Software, a start-up company providing statistical and survey software to businesses and universities.

After a year at SumQuest, my wife and I purchased Work Crew, a small student service operation. Over the next three years we grew it to a successful 25-employee operation.

In 1990 the time had come to start a family, and Work Crew was sold. By a quirk of fate, our accountant asked me to help out for a couple of weeks...and the accounting seed was planted. Over the next several years I completed the courses and practical training required to get my Certified General Accountant designation.

In 1996, a newly minted CGA, I opened my accounting practice. My education, accounting training, and personal experience as an owner-manager means I understand the demands and opportunities private business owners face.

I love my work and enjoy helping my clients any way I can.
